DMF is a Dubai based multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firm with the goal of providing exceptional service and value to our clients. From our origins, DMF was founded on relationship building. This allowed us to succeed by providing globally accepted standards of design while delivering value in the local market.
Our team of professionals is comprised of talent from around the world that understands the UAE and regional MENA market. Each of our practice leaders brings both local and global experience to our projects from planning and design to roads and infrastructure.
DMF is proactive. We anticipate project needs and prepare accordingly. With our wealth of experience in the local market, we know what Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and others are expecting, what will work, what won’t, and how we plan on getting our work approved. We deliver what will be accepted and work with you to achieve project goals on time within budget.
Our design and engineering teams work collaboratively. With a dedicated planning and architectural staff who work along side our engineering, roads and traffic teams, our designs, engineering, planning and architecture benefit from this relationship. We have found, for example, that our master planning efforts are approved very quickly by the authorities. Our comprehensive team produces master plan options that are commercially viable, aesthetic and are functional very early in the design process, minimizing redesign and review time.

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Since our founding over 10 years ago, I have focused our work on providing value through innovative and common sense solutions. Sometimes ‘simple is best’ and reinventing the wheel does nothing more than add time and money to project design. Our clients have recognized this unique commitment and have continued to work with DMF time and time again.
Our team of professionals also understands this approach. Creativity and collaboration is the foundation of our design process. Project success is built upon a solid foundation of planning and communication. Our team of planners, designers, and engineers work together to ‘plan the plan’ early in project development so that the planning, design, and engineering process has been considered and each discipline has input in order to achieve project goals. Even when the scope may include only one small portion of a much larger picture, our team provides input to ensure a well-rounded simple solution.
Our leadership has talents in many disciplines both locally and globally adding to our ability to provide solutions that fit the project and in turn client goals. We pride ourselves on our ability to work not just for clients but also with our colleagues and sometimes competitors. We want to provide value to our clients by developing the right team for their project, its that simple and this is the DMF strategy.
